This is the first Annual General Meeting of Northside Community Voices Inc. We will hear how our first year went, go through our finances, elect the Committee for the year ahead, and vote on a new Constitution.

Members have been sent the formal notice and papers by email. Only Members can vote. If you can't come, you can still vote by giving a proxy to someone you trust; the form is linked in the notice.

Not a Member yet? You are welcome to come as our guest. If you live in our area and would like a vote, join at ncvoices.org.au/join any time before the meeting. You become a Member as soon as you join, so you can vote on the day. Membership is free.

After the meeting, stay a while to socialise. Tea and coffee provided; please bring a plate of afternoon tea to share.
