Rating an issue is for NCV Members.
Under our Constitution, only Members may rate issues on the NCV website. Ratings decide what NCV takes to government, which is why they are reserved to the people the association is accountable to.
If you live in the City of Moreton Bay and are 16 or over, you can almost certainly be a Member. It costs nothing.
