The Energy and Electrification Working Group is engaged in a number of projects and initiatives designed to promote and accelerate the transition from fossil fuel-based “baseload” electricity system to a responsive network of based on generation and storage of renewable energy from a combination of wind, solar, hydro and small amounts of biofuel generation.
